The full-time Program Manager for Girls on the Run Puget Sound must possess a passion and commitment to improving the lives and opportunities for girls and women. Reporting directly to the Executive Director and consistent with the mission of our international organization, the Program Manager is responsible for managing the successful implementation of the Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole programs in the Puget Sound region. The Council Director oversees program delivery in the designated territory, optimizes financial performance, manages the operational administration and supports the board of directors in implementing the mission and goals. The Council Director develops sound practices and supportive relationships, both internally and externally, resulting in cooperative and effective collaborations that further the mission of Girls on the Run.
