Meet Camilla Nichols-Uhler! This energetic and dedicated National Coach Ambassador is on a mission to spread joy all around the world!

Occupation: Montessori Teacher and GOTR County Director for Essex County, NJ

Location: West Orange, NJ

Age: 46

Who inspires you? Maria Montessori, Maya Angelou and my talented co-workers at The Montessori Children’s Academy, as well as my Dream Team at Girls on the Run NJ East.

Where’s your favorite place in the world? I LOVE traveling and can’t pick one only....Mellbystrand/Sweden, Bologna Bay/St. Thomas, New Zealand/Mt. Cook, Thousands Islands/Indonesia, Fjords in Norway, Yellowstone/Wyoming,  and Lake District/UK.

If you could be any animal, which would you be? Arctic Fox

Who is your favorite musical artist/band/group? ABBA

What are you most passionate about? Making a Difference

What’s your favorite movie? Mamma Mia!

What’s your favorite way to give back to the community? By Empowering young children and young girls to give them a foundation that will stay with them for a lifetime. 

What show(s) are you currently watching? Homecoming

What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now? Creating rooms/spaces of healing and meditation to be a daily part of my life. I just finished painting my zen wall/yoga space in my bedroom. Buddha and candles are lining up against the wall.

Who would you most like to swap places with for a day? The Swedish King.

What’s the best meal you’ve ever had? My grandmother's Swedish meatballs

If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go? Patagonia, South America.

What’s your hidden talent? My brain is wired to connect anything and everything that comes my way. My brain never sleeps....

If you were a crayon, what color would you be? Rainbow 

What is your favorite family tradition? Going to Warwick, New York to a pumpkin and Christmas farm with a yummy meal at “Yesterdays” afterwards.

What is your quote to live by? “Live a good life and, in the end, it’s not the years in a life, it’s the life in the years."
