Girls on the Run Charlotte, Marketing and Events Coordinator

The Marketing and Events Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director and GOTR Charlotte staff to ensure organized, high quality, and smooth GOTR 5Ks and events, including the GOTR Summer Camp program.  The Marketing and Events Coordinator leads the 5K Team and ensures the safe, fun, non-competitive run/walk events (one for North Charlotte and one for South Charlotte; twice per year) that embody the core values of Girls on the Run. This position is also responsible for the coordination and administration of GOTR Charlotte social media and marketing, as required by the Executive Director. Girls on the Run NYC, Development Officer

The Girls on the Run NYC Development Officer must possess a passion for and commitment to improving the lives and opportunities of girls in third through eighth grade. The Development Officer reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for cultivating and soliciting corporate sponsorships and partnerships, special event fundraising including annual special event and other events, 5K fundraising initiatives, and annual appeal to ensure that the organization meets contributed income goals. The Development Officer will have significant revenue-generation, relationship building, stewardship, strategy, and implementation responsibilities. Girls on the Run NYC, Program Manager

The Girls on the Run NYC Program Manager must possess a passion for and commitment to improving the lives and opportunities of girls in third through eighth grades. This is a full-time position and reports to the Girls on the Run NYC Executive Director. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the Girls on the Run programs and program volunteers. Girls on the Run of Western North Carolina, Executive Director

The Girls on the Run of Western North Carolina Executive Director is a highly-skilled nonprofit professional who provides leadership, vision and direction to the organization. The Executive Director represents the WNC council to the public, leads organizational development and strategic planning, optimizes financial performance, oversees program delivery in fourteen counties, builds donor relationships and oversees personnel. The Executive Director works closely with the Girls on the Run of WNC (GOTRWNC) Board of Directors and Girls on the Run International Headquarters to expand systems and procedures to accomplish the mission and reach strategic goals.

The Executive Director develops organizational strategy, sound practices and supportive relationships, both internally and externally, resulting in cooperative and effective collaborations that further the mission of Girls on the Run International (GOTRI). Girls on the Run Triangle, Executive Director

The Executive Director of Girls on the Run of the Triangle, Inc. is responsible for advancing the mission of Girls on the Run while ensuring its long-term success and sustainability. The position requires expertise in non-profit best practices and program and service oversight, including but not limited to the following: working with the Board of Directors to set overall strategy, vision and goals for the organization; identifying and developing mutually beneficial community partnerships; initiating fundraising strategies and cultivating corporate, philanthropic and individual donors; developing and implementing communications strategies; leading and developing staff; overseeing financial management and budgeting; ensuring the quality of programs and events; forging healthy relationships with GOTR-International (GOTR-I) and sister councils; and serving as the torchbearer for the organization. This full-time position reports to the Board of Directors, oversees a paid staff of six (two full-time directors, two full-time coordinators and two part-time managers) and manages an annual budget of approximately $660,000.
