With over 18 years of nonprofit experience, Theresa is passionate about tying vision to strategies for achievement, and has been a key player in the creation, launch and success of innovative fundraising and staff development programs that have yielded high revenue growth. She brings positive energy, vision and drive to advance the movement of the organization by engaging diverse stakeholders to the Girls on the Run mission.
