Findings are informed by responses from more than 1,000 individuals representing 156 councils, including 942 board members and 118 council directors who participated in the Fall 2025 board survey. Each section highlights key strengths, areas of opportunity, and detailed findings, complemented by a comprehensive appendix featuring all data visualizations for deeper analysis and reference.
