You are making a difference
As an Event Host, you are demonstrating your commitment to the emotional and physical well-being of girls. At the event, your guests will have the opportunity to do the same by making a gift to Girls on the Run. Funds raised at the event can be used to:
- Bring the program to more local schools and sites.
- Develop and revise our programs to adjust to the ever-changing landscape and to continue to meet the growing needs of girls across the country.
- Enhance coach training, so our remarkable volunteers feel prepared and supported as they lead participants through the lessons each week.
- Support the organization’s areas of greatest need – this could include providing grants to local councils to offer scholarships for girls to participate, funding technology solutions that enable us to operate more efficiently or implementing strategies that reinforce our commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access.
